After more than 20 years working inside technology and product organisations, I have experienced first-hand the pains of hypergrowth, the trap of defensive bureaucracy and the silent wear-out of teams.

That experience taught me that performance is rarely a matter of individual attitude. It is almost always shaped by the environment and the system its leaders build. Most people want to do great work, but they are held back by badly designed operating systems, controls that stifle initiative and environments where mistakes are punished instead of used to learn.

My role is not to sell playbooks or ready-made recipes, but to act as a catalyst: working with leadership and teams to identify the real bottlenecks, simplify decision-making and redesign the system of work, so that operational excellence and enjoyment sustain themselves over time.

I am a Telecommunications Engineer with an MBA from UPC. I speak the language of technical teams and the language of the P&L. Before leading transformations, I ran business and product at InfoJobs, where we grew advertising revenue more than eightfold. I have also built and led an in-house Transformation and Agility team of 11 people, and since 2016 I have been a guest lecturer in Business Agility and Ways of Working at La Salle Barcelona.
